Anonymous: Behind Closed Doors is a new and exciting platform currently running on a trial period.
The participant practices are here to better help you navigate the platform, its quirks and how it works.
This platform was designed to be a psychologically safe space where people can express their opinions authentically without fear or judgment. People can use the channel to engage, learn from one another and expand their minds in the process.
These practices are meant to help you better understand:
• The reasons why this platform is an important place to be.
• Your role and contribution to the platform
• The practices that we would like you to abide to
• What you can do if you come across unwarranted behaviour
Roles
• Speakers will be notified about the ‘thought of the week’ 48 hours before the
session and will have the option to choose if they want to speak.
• Conversations on this platform will be taken as part of zoom meetings with
5/6 speakers being allowed to contribute to a discussion once a week
• Speakers are the people on the call who have the ability to share their
opinions.
• Videos will be muted and you will have the option to sign in using your alias
• When you’re not actively speaking it’s good practice to select the mute
button to minimize background noise and let the other speakers know the
appropriate tikbvc me to speak.
• If you are an observer you will be able to like and comment on the edited
and recorded session
• The session will be posted on the platform on a weekly basis
All complaints that are reported will be reviewed and investigated. Banning,
censorship or disciplinary will be measured and actioned proportionately. We
will be fair in or assessments from all parties.
If you are the reporting party, will share actions taken and reasons why.

We take these Community Guidelines seriously and ask that you follow them in
the spirit in which they are intended. We further recognize that these guidelines
